This is the class for YOU, the newbie who wants to try yoga, but worries "I don't know anything about yoga". The instructor will lead you through an hour long yoga class, while explaining common practices and movements found in yoga classes. You will leave confident and prepared to
take your next yoga class.
Friday: In Studio class with Lisa T.
This class uses asanas and pranayama (yoga postures and breath exercises) to help bring peace to the mind and body. We practice slowly and gently and hold poses longer while working toward better alignment. This class is great for beginners and those who prefer a deeper practice or a slower pace.
