Tuesday - In person class with Lisa T.
This class combines yoga postures with the slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and calming meditative mind state of Qi Gong. We practice the yoga slowly and gently and we hold poses longer working toward better alignment.
The Qi Gong we practice as a moving meditation for the purposes of health, fitness, and Qi awareness to help bring peace to the mind and body. This class is great for beginners and those who prefer a deeper practice or a slower pace.
Friday - In person class with Lisa T.
Class includes breath control, meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures to increase health and relaxation.
