Ages 18+
With a diverse mix of habitats and an extensive trail system, Park Lyndon is one of Washtenaw County’s loveliest natural areas. Join naturalist Elle Bogle for a morning exploration of the Northern portion of the park. The scenery of the wooded eskers and various wetlands is only made more spectacular by golden tamaracks and oak islands. Please bring binoculars if you have them. Roam field and forest to admire our feathered favorites. All levels of birders are welcome. Program led by Kelsey Dehring. Bring your own binoculars. Space is limited to 15 birders. Email [email protected] with questions.
HECKUVA HIKE

Goodrich Preserve
Ages 18+
Enjoy 3 preserves in one hike! We’ll try out the brand-new connector trail from Goodrich to Marshall Nature Preserve, and wander Freeman Preserve. This wellness and fitness hike will be roughly 3.5 miles on uneven terrain, focus on the benefits of being outdoors, and have limited nature interpretation. Hike led by Kelsey Dehring.
